Doug Pilkington

Doug is now mainly involved in the retail sector and has most recently been responsible for the Victoria Square Regeneration Initiative; a major new development for Belfast which opened to the public on 6 March 2008. It has received an extremely positive response and on-going good publicity.

Doug’s  experience however also covers masterplanning, workplace, residential, healthcare and education projects, and he is involved in past and current work on the George Best Belfast City Airport terminal.

Doug’s work on the Northern Ireland Science Park has won him a number of plaudits.
