Executive

BDP is led by a Board of Directors representing all aspects of the firm’s business.

The Board elects a Chairman and a Chief Executive who are responsible for the strategic direction and executive management of BDP respectively. A Finance Director is responsible to the Chief Executive for financial management processes. Reporting to the Board is an Executive Board, comprising Chairs and Executive Directors of Operating Units, Profession Chairs, Finance Director, Chairman, and Chief Executive.

The Executive Board is charged with the effective service and performance direction of BDP.
