Crawley Town Centre

Major retail led mixed use scheme.

BDP’s plan for the regeneration of Crawley town centre, a 25 acre site, comprise retail, including two anchor stores, offices, a new relocated Town Hall, housing, restaurants and a hotel. Proposals include linking a renewed pedestrianised boulevard to Queens Square and the existing retail area via two new streets forming a strong new shopping circuit. In addition two new squares, together with a new urban park, will act as green gateways into this part of Crawley.
