Engineering director Chris Croly joins the lineup of speakers at this year’s Green Room Conference in Dublin. He will present, alongside Sean Armstrong from the Department of Housing, on nearly zero energy building and what it means for non residential property. Chris is addressing the potentially conflicting demands of energy and comfort within Irish office design. He will discuss the future of air conditioning and detail some of the common errors that occur in ventilation design which can often be resolved at no cost while significantly reducing energy consumption. He will illustrate with examples of the sustainable and innovative design on recent and current Dublin studio projects including ESB and ESB Leopardstown and the Bonham Dock offices in Galway.
