ESB lodges planning for major office development in Sandyford

BDP’s environmental engineers are delighted to be working on a new office development at Sandyford on behalf of the ESB. The scheme has just been submitted for planning and includes three five-storey blocks on a site it owns on the Leopardstown Road, just off the M50. The scheme includes 25,000 sqm of office space with underground parking for 250 cars.

The office development will be highly energy efficient with features including water harvesting, green roofs, electric vehicle charging points and canopies with photovoltaic solar panels.

BDP are also BES engineers for the redevelopment of the ESB’s headquarters in Dublin city centre.
