Sarah has experience in project management and providing architectural lighting solutions for small and large-scale projects across the world.
She completed her first degree in Interior Architecture before developing an interest in lighting design, and has also gained an MSc in Light and Lighting.
Her project experience ranges from retail, hotel, high-end residential, commercial and landscape projects in the Middle East and the US, and has taken an active role in the entire lighting process from concept to completion. She has also applied her skills to the design of bespoke feature lighting that offer projects their own unique identity.
Sarah’s MSc thesis was featured in the Institution of Lighting Professionals (ILP) Lighting Journal, titled ‘Painting the Town’. Sarah looked at the complex issues of using saturated coloured lighting in the urban environment and outlines a study to determine how its application can be optimised.
Currently, the most exciting innovation in our industry is the blend of art, light, and the latest lighting technologies to create interactive environments.
