Stockport Town Centre

BDP, with Cushman Wakefield Healey & Baker and Faber Maunsell, has started work on a vision and masterplan for Stockport Town Centre.

The competition winning masterplan is now being tested and revised through a survey and consultation programme and it is expected that detailed proposals will be complete by September (2004).

The masterplan will transform the perception of Stockport Town Centre and deliver additional retail, leisure, business and residential opportunities, linked together by major public realm investments.
