Project details

The CSCEC Enterprise Plaza is located in the Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, one of the city’s nine new regional districts.

The project utilises an entire city block and is a new international business district with a leisure and entertainment offer, and complements nearby facilities such as retail centres, international schools, exhibition hall and libraries. The purpose is to create a vibrant new office community and urban living room with flexible business offices and associated retail and leisure offer.              

Four towers are arranged around a central landscaped public plaza and connected by a circular two storey raised podium. The office space is fully flexible to support all types of business use and is complemented by other uses to provide workers with comforts such as breakout spaces and areas where businesses can collaborate and form relationships. 

The mix of uses are arranged vertically with retail at ground level to attract people to the development and also to act as a draw for office workers. The upper floors of the podium will contain the catering, bar and other leisure uses which can break out onto the landscaped terrace area to create a comfortable and relaxing destination.
