The masterplan for Suzhou Creek aims to reunite the two sides of the city divided by the creek and transform it into a thriving community hub through the reorganising and reshaping of public spaces along the Pengyuepu River.
The proposal aims to deliver high quality innovation and research environments, art and exhibition spaces, lifestyle and recreation venues and stimulating office environments, all to reflect the rich culture of the area.
The public realm is also improved to provide a boat terminal, a new waterfront promenade with outdoor dining and a shopping mall.
