Designing a more inclusive environment
Our BDP Belonging network is the backbone of our efforts, representing all facets of diversity. This group of employee representatives leads the charge, shaping our strategy and pushing boundaries on equity, inclusion, and diversity. They ensure our policies, recruitment, education, and training align with our commitment to fostering inclusivity and understanding across every part of the practice.
However, we don’t do this alone. Partnering with advocates, charities, and organisations dedicated to social mobility, equity, and inclusion, we are driving change, breaking barriers, and building a fairer future.
