The Boardwalk Mall will be a new district shopping centre servicing the prosperous Dubai Hills community within the Al Quoz area.
The Mall is conceived as being of high quality, without ostentation. It is defined by the use of high quality materials, elegant proportions, a functional arrangement and simple modernist architecture without excessive ornamentation. The three prime qualities which characterise the design are “classic, contemporary and timeless”.
A large leisure component is situated alongside the triangular shaped enclosed retail mall. This includes an open air dining courtyard alongside a newly formed lake over which some of the restaurants project.
