This boutique office building establishes a landmark that redefines the east bank of the Don River with contextually sensitive massing and a façade design that references the nearby Queen Street Viaduct.

33–39 Davies eschews the office building status quo and is a permeable, accessible extension of the community with an activated ground plane that supports social sustainability through a co-working space, park connections and enhanced pedestrian laneways.
