The Jack is an 11-storey, 153-unit condominium that occupies the former site of Toronto's historic CHUM radio headquarters in Toronto's upscale Yonge and St. Clair neighbourhood. Design features on this terraced luxury condominium building pay tribute to the iconic radio stations that occupied the site. The infill structure demonstrates how new developments can intensify a neighbourhood and respect its past.
