A masterplan to reflect the collaborative vision of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and local stakeholders for the regeneration of the area.

Cornmill Gardens

Spearheading urban renewal with a new piazza and gardens.

Ladywell Fields

A new river channel has been created, meandering through the centre of the open space, providing a focus for the park and drawing people in.

Chapelfield

Community consultation drives urban regeneration. We designed a mixed-use retail-led scheme featuring a major public open space, 49,237 sq m (530,000 sq ft) of retail space, 80 shops, 17 cafés and restaurants, 1000 car parking spaces and 117 apartments.
