Stefanie is passionate about people and believes that investing in relationship is the key in the success of a project.

As a licenced Architect in both Canada and the UK, Stefanie brings a diverse skill set to her work and a wealth of experience on complex projects in the residential and mixed-use sectors. Her strength in project management contributes to an efficient workflow throughout all project phases. She applies a collaborative and holistic approach in problem solving while keeping the big picture in mind.

At BDP’s North America Studio, Stefanie is a principal and residential sector lead. Her current projects include 8-30 Widmer Street, 48 and 49 storey towers that combines hotel and residential use with a podium that responds to a heritage sensitive context at grade. She is also responsible for 208 Bloor Street West and 307 Lake Shore Boulevard East, residential towers in downtown Toronto with unique façade design and high sustainability agenda.

Stefanie also leads People and Culture pillar for the North American studio, overseeing a number of internal initiatives that support talent growth and foster a positive studio environment.
