Ilaria is an Architect Director with over 15 years post qualification experience in commercial, transport, residential, retail and mixed-use projects.

She has led various projects ranging in scale from masterplan proposals to multi million pound new developments. She currently plays a key role as design lead on the delivery of the new headquarters for Google in Kings Cross and has been based on site for the last 5 years.

Her previous roles include the redevelopment of Paddington Lawn, a retail and catering destination in central London, . This depth of experience has allowed her to work extensively on both UK projects and abroad and has led the design of large and complex projects, often managing large multidisciplinary teams within the London office.
