James Warne to talk at Ecobuild

James Warne, BDP's Environmental engineering director will be speaking as the Ecobuild on 3rd of March 2010. His paper will be on soft landings process.

About the session:
This session examines how BSRIA’s Soft Landings process brings together the three elements of the Constructing Excellence ‘Three Pillars’ initiative: post-occupancy evaluation (POE), true evidence-based design, and better project briefing. Designers and constructors stay involved with buildings beyond practical completion, and assist the client during the first months of operation and beyond, to help fine-tune and de-bug the systems, and ensure the occupiers understand how to control and best use their buildings.
