How can we humanise high density development to create cities where people can thrive? Join us at next week’s Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) 2023 International Conference at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, to hear our experts lead the following talks:
On Monday 16 October, Raymond Hoe, our recently appointed regional director for Southeast Asia, will lead an architectural workshop exploring the balance between nature, technology, and high density.
Then on Tuesday 17 October, our Toronto team will present three insightful sessions. Sami Kazemi, principal, will explore inclusive strategies in his talk on high density living for all. And will later join Michelle Xuereb, director of innovation, to showcase 99 Gerrad, a reimagined mixed use urban intensification project that has been recognised with the CTBUH Repositioning Award.
Stefanie Siu Chong, principal, will share the visionary approach to the design of 307 Lake Shore Boulevard East, an upcoming high rise development in Toronto that has been acknowledged with the CTBUH Future Project Award.
Finally, Jeremy Farrington, principal and head of Asia Pacific, will have the honour of chairing a session on density, wellbeing, and social value on Wednesday 18 October.
