Oldham Town Hall

BDP was appointed by Oldham Council to regenerate its Grade II listed Old Town Hall and bring the building back into use as a cinema.

Retail regeneration transforms Liverpool city centre. We masterplanned a 42-acre area of Liverpool, creating a mixed-used development of new and refurbished buildings, streets and spaces.

BDP Manchester Studio, Ducie Street

A six-storey showcase of fresh thinking. We designed a transparent north elevation to catch limited light and complement the canal basin while the street side displays a confident punctuated stainless-steel façade.

Modular apartments for smarter 21st-century living. We created a modular building, designing a nine-storey 256-apartment scheme from the inside out.

State-of-the-art school on a restricted site. The design is built around user needs and natural daylight: classrooms face north — ensuring good day lighting without overheating — and play decks face south, with shelter providing protection from the sun.
