Markham, Canada | Ripple Developments | 140,000 sqm | 2025 |
This new mixed-use community, composed of two residential towers and one office tower linked by a podium of retail and townhouses, is thoughtfully integrated into the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre master plan. A grand urban gesture is created at the prominent corner of Highway 7 and Edgeley Boulevard, with a podium design that responds to the unique character of each of the frontages at the human scale. The responsive design creates a connection between the development and the new public park situated to the north of the development, reflecting the site surroundings and context to activate the public realm. Development of a neighbourhood block to include 319,000 sf of office space, 14,000 sf of retail, and two residential towers as well as at-grade townhouses totalling 1,190 residential units with 25,000 sf of indoor and 35,800 sf of outdoor amenity space.
