Bathgate Partnership Centre

Facts

Location Client Cost Completion
West Lothian, UK West Lothian Council £7m 2011

Project details

The two storey building in a prominent town centre location comprises a public ground floor level with community facilities, library, council services and café, and an upper level of open plan offices.

An internal street provides a central focus, and creates a social hub encouraging interaction.

The low energy design focuses on maximising natural daylight and ventilation, the use of sustainable materials and reducing energy consumption.

It is a marvellous resource for Bathgate with so many services available in one location. It is really vibrant and you can feel a buzz in the building
