Belfast City Airport

Facts

Location Client Cost Completion Awards
Northern Ireland, UK (George Best) Belfast City Airport Approx £32m 2001- 2010 1

Project details

A decade of airport development.

Four separate commissions including an award-winning new terminal building, extension to the main ground floor boarding lounge and first floor executive lounge and office areas, and extension to baggage handling facilities.

Most recently we have completed a  radical reorganisation of all the main functions designed within the envelope of the existing building: security, boarding lounges, catering and retail. Works were carried out in 18 phases while the airport remained fully operational.

A well crafted and well organised essay in the art of welcoming and dispatching humans... it speaks confidently of Belfast.
