Project details

A seamless integration into an existing shopping centre.

The scheme includes a major covered tiered space with an upper level wintergarden and a tree-lined avenue of restaurants to ensure vibrancy both day and night.

Through the introduction of new streets and spaces, a shopping focus has been created which ties together existing buildings and forms clearly defined pedestrian connections.

The sense of public space is emphasised by the dramatic and innovative roof structure, which represents the largest use of ETFE in a retail environment in the UK.
