Project details

The masterplan delivers an excellent business environment with stimulating and flexible office spaces, together with a fantastic multi-level shopping provision and beautiful new apartments set within private landscaped roof gardens. Central to the scheme is a dining area with amazing views set within a domed garden space.

The design makes great use of the prominent corner site location and it provides strong linkages to the adjacent city areas. The buildings and spaces are impressive and welcoming for visitors while also creating a stimulating working environment.

A flagship project with dramatic presence, providing excellent business accommodation and a desirable place to shop and relax.
