BDP was appointed in May 2021 to develop the last phase of Fulham Reach for developer St George.

Fulham Reach is a high-quality, mixed-use development in a striking riverside location in Hammersmith & Fulham, delivering a vibrant and sustainable environment for residents, visitors and the local community. Just 3 miles west of Central London, many of the Capital’s most exciting destinations are just moments away. The development of Fulham Reach has opened up 150m of previously blocked access to the River Front creating landscaped public walkway which allows the public to enjoy a new stretch of the river.

BDP's scheme will deliver apartments comprising both affordable and private homes as well as four, 3 storey town houses.
