Project details

A regional mall equipped for the demands of 21st century retailing.

The site development potential was balanced to address the social dimension of the public spaces; a place to which people are attracted and where they feel both stimulated and secure.

The sustainable approach not only reduced the impact on the environment, but also reduced capital expenditure and running costs resulting in lower service charges for the retailers.

Phase III opened in 2015 providing a confident new marker for the western end. It includes a 2,000 seat multiplex cinema and extends the wintergarden with an enhance food and leisure offer.
