Pembroke Square in Dundrum Town Centre is designed to be Ireland’s first building energy rating A, nearly zero energy building compliant and BREEAM Excellent retail offering. The refurbishment and new extension combines existing terraced houses for the next chapter of their life as a food hall and restaurant creating a sustainable future for the terraces, the site and the surrounding area. The project activates Dundrum Main street and creates a new public square with active frontage providing restaurant and food hall uses with dining on the square and at upper levels of external covered balconies.
