Project details

Mixed-use city centre scheme sparks Belfast renaissance.

The Victoria Square scheme harnessed the very latest retail thinking — incorporating pedestrian-friendly open and covered streets, penthouse apartments and modern entertainment spaces.

It comprises nearly 63,000 sq m of retail floorspace over three floors, anchored by a flagship House of Fraser store, and including a multi-screen cinema, food court and restaurant terrace, 106 apartments and two-level basement parking for 1000 cars.

The scheme has attracted leading eateries, long-established local brands and international retailers spanning fashion, beauty, technology, sport and jewellery.

Top retail brands, cutting-edge entertainment and penthouse living. A fitting combination for an emerging world city.
