Mixed use masterplan redevelopment of last and largest of the waterfront sites in Melbourne provision for residential, entertainment, and retail uses
Results
A simple concept of two streets linking ‘festival retail’ on the waterfront to an entertainment area deep in the site 35,000 sq m (375,000 sq ft) of retail with over 400 residential units over, forming shopping streets on two levels a bulky goods area, a hotel, commercial offices, riverside park and a fire station provided in the masterplan
