Our in-house design management team is the largest in the UK and the one of largest in the world.

We are experts in the planning, implementation, and management (both operational and commercial) of detailed programmes of work and individual projects; integrating our own BDP design process with all interdependent activities; from strategic brief and master planning, through stakeholder engagement, procurement and supply-chain engagement to construction, commissioning and beyond.

We are assigned to meet the needs of individual projects; bringing predictable and assured outcomes to our collaborations and multidisciplinary designs to scope, programme and cost, within a wide variety of appointment mechanisms and procurement routes.

Our team includes highly qualified and experienced health and safety professionals enabling us to fully embrace CDM duties as designers, principal designers and client advisors for projects of significance and complexity.
