Gary leads the workplace team in our Manchester studio.
Gary is currently working with Manchester Science Partnerships on the redevelopment of Alderley Park in Cheshire to create an open innovation community for life sciences and a new Science Hub to support collaboration between scientists, entrepreneurs, researchers and investors. He has been design team leader for 18 built office projects for a client base which includes MEPC, Magnus, Bruntwood, ASK, Maple Grove, Aviva & Town Centre Securities.
Gary also has experience in the education sector including Manchester University Business School, a new IT Complex for Wolverhampton University and the two Richard Rose Academies in Carlisle. Gary was also project architect for our own Manchester studio.

BioBank Greenheys
A £60m redevelopment of the Park’s existing Greenheys building to bring 131,000 sq ft of specialist lab space to market.
Bright Building, Manchester Science Park
Bright Building will set the standard for new development within the Manchester Science Partnerships’ portfolio.
Alliance Manchester Business School
Our design for the new Alliance Business School at the University of Manchester remodels two conjoined buildings from the 1970s.
Richard Rose Morton Academy
The building centres on a three storey glass atrium and includes a flexible lecture theatre to accommodate 400 people.
