The project forms a new urban extension to Birkenhead Town Centre, transforming former railway sidings and gas holder land into a distinctive neighbourhood.
The development introduces over 1,600 new homes, alongside a primary school, workspaces, hotels, later living options, and various town centre uses. The design takes advantage of the town’s industrial setting and topography, creating a unique sense of place.
High-density family housing is situated to the south, integrating with surrounding streets, while the northern area features larger-scale buildings, connecting seamlessly with the town centre.
