A gateway building at the western entrance to Downtown Markham, York Condos consists of three towers of different heights around a raised landscaped courtyard that covers an elevated parking garage. Located near major transit hubs, the ground floor is designed to engage the street and passersby with a mix of activities.
Inspired by the long stretch of amenities that span the length of the street, a white crystalline sculpture adorns the building, housing cave-like pockets of activity that hold different amenities, giving practical value to what is an impressive sight for residents, guests and passersby outside.
