Andrew is an architect director in our Manchester studio, and leads projects across our sport, leisure and culture sectors.
Andrew has been instrumental in the design of some of the UK’s foremost sporting venues. Key projects include the radical redevelopment of Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool for the world-famous Grand National Steeplechase, masterplanning the unique athlete-centric training environment of Manchester City’s world-leading City Football Academy, transforming the stadium player environment at Old Trafford for Manchester United Football Club, and creating a state-of-the-art fan zone for Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club. For over fifteen years, Andrew has worked closely alongside Lancashire Cricket in the transformational regeneration of Emirates Old Trafford into a world class cricket and entertainment venue, and developing plans for a national centre of cricket excellence in the heart of Lancashire.
Andrew has over 20 years of experience, and also has a great depth of expertise working with museums, cultural venues and in historic environments of international significance, leading the design of the award winning transformation of Grade II listed Oldham Town Hall in Greater Manchester.
