Bryan Walsh
Associate, Building Services Engineer

Bryan is an Associate Mechanical Engineer with over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry.

He has excellent analytical skills and has been involved in a number of complex projects that contain first principles innovative design techniques. His most recent work includes working as part of collaborative team on the design of a next generation, low energy office building for the ESB (Ireland’s foremost energy company).  This building aims to introduce innovation to every aspect of the buildings fabric and systems and requires detailed understanding of the physics behind buildings and their systems.

He is fluent in IES VE dynamic thermal simulation and uses simulation tools to study the performance of building environments.

Bryan is fluent in Revit and often uses BIM as a tool to assist in working collaboratively with project teams.

His academic skills are supplemented by his significant practical site experience. As well as being a fully qualified Building Services Engineer, Bryan holds a level 6 FETAC certificate in plumbing.

He has been responsible for a wide range of projects in all sectors including workplace, education, leisure, and healthcare. 

He is responsible for developing and overseeing projects from inception through to aftercare and has developed an appreciation of the complete construction lifecycle
