Garry is a Principal Architect and leads the mixed use retail group across the practice.
Garry specialises in complex masterplans, urban regeneration and mixed-use projects. He leads large teams who conceive and deliver significant and complex projects throughout the UK and internationally. His skills lay in conceiving and delivering beautifully designed spaces and places that generate an improvement to the wider areas. One of his specialities is vision strategies, to analyse a place or project along with its wider context and highlight opportunities for improvement, moments of interest and creation of value.
His most recent project sees the retail led mixed use repurposing of an iconic building located on Oxford Circus in central London, including office and F&B elements. The conversion included refurbishment of the Grade II listed façade and the incorporation of an IKEA store, new retail, 4-5 floors of high spec new office space with Cat A fit-out.
