Laura Rachlin, AIA, LEED AP brings her passions for both the art and science of architecture to her work. She relies on her extensive experience to enable her to creatively approach her responsibilities as the Managing Director of Practice in our North American Studios.
Committed to creating successful, award winning projects, she works to ensure that the firm proactively strives for technical excellence while realizing our design intent. Laura started her career exploring the possibilities of energy-efficient housing and continues to contribute to large scale multi-family residential, commercial and mixed use projects. Active in guiding various team members and the committees responsible for the technical standards in the studio, Laura ensures we stay at the forefront of the profession. Outside of the office, Laura has served and continues to serve on a number of committees which support the standards of practice for the profession. Laura received her M.Arch. from the University of Virginia, and B.S. (Biology) from Union College, and she is a registered architect in the state of New York and a LEED accredited professional.
