1303 Yonge Street is a luxury 11-storey condominium building in the upscale Yonge and St. Clair neighbourhood which includes three partial levels of office and boutique at-grade retail. The design cleverly addresses the sloped terrain of Yonge Street with podium blocks that step with the grade. Inspired by historic art deco architecture, the sculpted glazed teal terracotta panels on vertical piers with careful detailing provides a unique design addition to the surrounding neighbourhood.
