The first of three ambitious, upscale residential towers in the emerging Downtown Markham community.
The interiors of Gallery Square, part of the larger Downtown Markham masterplan, will incorporate art in all aspects of the project from the sports court floor graphics that are visible from the suites above, to the furniture, to framing suite entries. This residential building is also targeting LEED Silver and features larger than usual two and three-bedroom suites and luxury townhouses.
