The development combines two primary schools, an early years centre, a secondary school, and community sports facilities into a cohesive campus.

At the heart of the campus is a central hub, which serves as a social and functional space for the high school. The flexible design includes spaces for socialising, dining, assembly and performances, as well as ICT and library facilities. The two primary schools share a similar hub on a smaller scale.

In addition to the education spaces, the campus boasts modernised sports facilities including a 25-metre leisure pool, a cafe, and outdoor sporting areas. A new sports pavilion and all-weather rugby pitches will also be available for public use with a separate community entrance this ensure the schools' privacy and security is maintained.

Sustainability is at the core of the design. The all-electric, low carbon campus is insulated and aims to achieve an energy consumption target of less than 83 k/W/m2 per year. The compact form of the building and the orientation of the classrooms promote an energy-efficient solution that meets in-use energy targets.
