Three new detached dwellings with direct beach access and panoramic views out to Dublin Bay.
Three new architecturally designed beachfront dwellings ranging in size from 1,8000 sq ft to 2,400 sq ft. Each house has far reaching views across Dublin Bay and direct access onto Sutton Strand Beach.
Structural challenges included difficult coastal ground conditions coupled with large cantilevered balconies and a variety of structural building materials adopted in the design to include timber, steelwork, masonry, precast concrete, reinforced concrete and pre-fabricated timber floor elements.
