The project focused on transforming an underutilised plaza within the residential neighbourhood of Raha Gardens into a vibrant social and community destination.
The design aimed to activate the space by introducing seven new F&B retail units, strategically placed around a central garden to create a focal point for gathering and interaction.
Timber screens and shaded walkways were integral to the design, enhancing the pedestrian experience and seamlessly connecting the plaza to the surrounding neighbourhood and nearby parking areas. These elements not only provided comfort and visual cohesion but also encouraged movement through the site, ensuring the plaza became a lively and well-integrated hub for residents and visitors alike.
The revitalised plaza now serves as a dynamic centre for social engagement, fostering a sense of community while offering a welcoming and accessible environment.
