The project which follows specific brand/system requirements was designed within the existing limited plant space and distribution routes. The project involved significant structural modifications to the existing building coupled with highly coordinated M&E services exposed at high level.
Modern fitout of creative agency Rothco/ Accenture's new Dublin office delivered within a tight construction programme of eight months. The project which follows specific brand/system requirements was designed within the existing limited plant space and distribution routes. The project involved significant structural modifications to the existing building coupled with highly coordinated M&E services exposed at high level. Acoustic Design:
One of the key challenges was to produce a vibrant and lively open plan working environment which still worked acoustically to support the creative process of its staff. Another challenge was the ‘open’ presentation area, which was to be used in conjunction with the open plan office space without causing undue disturbance. Full 3D modelling and close liaison with the architect and team produced a design which successfully achieved the client’s aspirations.
