Wuhan Qingshan Riverside Business District (Wuhan CBD) urban design project covers a site area of 2.19 square kilometers. Our concept for the proposals aims to transform the area into a vibrant 24 hour open-space community.
Wuhan Qingshan Riverside Business District (Wuhan CBD) urban design project covers a site area of 2.19 square kilometers. Our concept for the proposals aims to transform the area into a vibrant 24 hour open-space community. The proposals include a core business area which includes workplace facilities and is supported by a mix of retail, cultural facilities, hotel, apartment, and education facilities. The total GFA of the new build is 3.5 million square meters which will attract future investment and meet the needs of the future users.
