The concept includes IKEA as unique anchor store plus a hypermarket, and further anchor store, international and domestic fashion retailers, substantial restaurant & cafe offers, electronic and sports destinations, cinema and other entertainment venues.

The key feature of the design is the opportunity for future planned expansion. The building layout and interior volumes are based upon the egg form to create a strong identity and memorable user experiences.
