Full time, permanent contracts Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17.30 Hybrid working BDP Pattern is seeking an intermediate architect to join us and help deliver several exciting projects within our Lima studio.

BDP Pattern is seeking an intermediate architect with approximately five years of experience in the design, production and coordination of complex projects, to join us and help deliver several exciting projects within our Lima studio. In addition to a high level of design expertise, candidates should possess a strong knowledge of building science.

Key competencies, skills and professional requirements

Must have a degree in Architecture.
Approximately 5-10 years of experience.
Previous experience on large-scale complex projects.
An understanding of building science and construction detailing.
Good knowledge of municipal approvals, and submission requirements.
Knowledge of Revit on live projects is essential.
Be proficient in managing to tight deadlines.
Excellent design and visual communication skills.
Excellent communication skills with team members, clients and consultants.
Excellent spoken and written English.
