Colin is architect director for a number of projects in education, leisure, industry and the public realm.

Colin has been part of four RIBA award-winning projects, including the Glasgow Science Centre and the Saltire Centre at Glasgow Caledonian University, and frequently contributes to books and magazines. He is a member of the BDP education group.

What will architectural practices be like in the future?
“We’ll start to see smaller flexible ateliers with in-house specialisms utilising sophisticated building information modelling. This could cut much of the time spent on technical detailing and scheduling on projects and encourage greater creativity.”
