Project details

Jumeirah Garden City is a new office tower development in central Dubai. We produced design proposals for two office towers, the highest being 40 storeys. The buildings opens onto a shopping mall at the podium levels. The scheme also includes courtyards, green roofs and public landscaped skygardens with dramatic views of the city to enhance the occupants’ wellbeing.
