New Children’s Hospital

The New Children’s Hospital with associated Children’s Research and Innovation Centre facilitates the specialist and complex care of young people with serious illnesses.

Hilton Hotel Lagos

Design approach is to provide global standards and facilities with contemporary interpretation. The concept is of four leaves of bedroom accommodation emanating from a six storey atrium all with stunning views.

Wren Urban Nest

Wren Hotel makes the most of its tight urban site offering 137 compact and luxurious bedrooms in the heart of Dublin.

Graham Headquarters

BDP has integrated sustainability into all aspects of the building design to produce one of the lowest energy use office buildings in Northern Ireland within normal budget constraints.

Victoria Square

Mixed-use city centre scheme sparks Belfast renaissance. Our scheme harnessed the very latest retail thinking — incorporating pedestrian-friendly open and covered streets, penthouse apartments and modern entertainment spaces.

National Maritime College, Cork

Making a landmark out of a training facility. Ours was the winning design in a PPP competition. We arranged the accommodation, training areas and other functions over three distinct wings and joined them with a lateral circulation route.

Scoil Oilibhier Naofa (Laytown Primary School)

Scoil Oilibheir Naofa is a new 24 classroom school in Bettystown Co. Meath, located on a greenfield site to the north of the town.

Ballymun Civic Offices

A new plaza with a civic centre. Two blocks of accommodation are linked by a light filled atrium. The main block facing the plaza contains a dramatic council chamber suspended over the entrance.

Fingal County Hall

A new county hall for Fingal County Council in Swords. A symbol of the client’s desire for opennes`s in local government, clear in it’s relationship to the particularities of its site and providing a quality environment, on low energy principles, for both occupants and visitors.

Adamstown Station

A new state-of-the-art train station, to serve an adjacent developing new town. The two-storey station layout comprises a public concourse spanning Intercity rail tracks with stair and lift access to the three new platforms, and future provision for a fourth platform once railway track capacity is increased.

St Joseph's Hospital

Creating an innovative ‘resort’ care home. We worked with the Bon Secours Sisters to develop the concept from singular resort into a whole village, creating distinct residential clusters with their own lounges and support facilities.
