Refurbishment of a 3500m2 existing office building for Trinity College Dublin. Works included introducing a natural ventilation system to the front facade which responds to environmental conditions automatically. Natural ventilation openings include acoustic baffles to limit noise from the busy street below.
The works had to be carefully planned to avoid disruption to the operation of the surrounding buildings and protect the health and safety of the users of surrounding buildings.
